Roovy is a trading company based in China. We work with an audited manufacturer that has supplied major pet retailers in the US, Europe and Japan, and we check every order before it ships.
Before you order
What is the minimum order?
5 units per order, and you can mix styles and colours. Larger quantities lower the delivered price per unit, and the price list shows the 5, 10 and 20 unit tiers.
Who handles customs, duty and GST?
Your quote states who the importer is and exactly which costs are included. For most small commercial shipments under AUD 1,000, duty and GST are not collected at the border, but freight and handling still apply. We will confirm the details for your order before you pay.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to our company account. Small orders are paid in full before production or dispatch. PayPal is available for samples.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples are charged at the wholesale price plus courier, and the sample cost can be credited to your first order.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock styles usually leave within a week of payment. Transit depends on the shipping method in your quote, and we give you an estimate up front.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 7 days with photos. We replace parts, replace the item or credit your next order, depending on the issue.
Can I buy just one?
We supply pet shops and online stores, so orders start at 5 units, mixed across any styles. Buying for a club, group or your own small store? Send an enquiry and we’ll quote it like any other order.

Test documentation is available on request for specific styles. Ask about the styles you are interested in.
